More Beauty in my Gardens & ATCs from Deepa

This is now my new header.
I took this hoping it would turn out but not knowing for sure until I downloaded it. I was pleasantly surprised I even got the pollen on the Bee.
I love that I got both colors of my Mallow plants in one shot with the Bee.
We have an abundance of Bees around here now due to the beehive the neighbor across the Street has going. I love the buzzing of them around me. It brings hope that the bees aren't all disappearing.
This shot is coming in from the side gate. It just doesn't photograph well for some reason.
You can see Cons arm off to the left.
I took another one and deleted it instead of this one.
Joys of photography.
:))

The View thru the Sun room window.
Where I used to paint before making a studio in the guestroom.

Daisies for Teri Casper
with one of Cons handmade bunnies.

Penstemons and Fever few in the back side.

I love anything with little bells on it.

My Fairy Roses keep filling out with more blooms.
All on the other side of our viewing.
Except when I sit at my computer and look out my window then I can see it well.
Looks like a bridal veil of pink.

My favorite colors too.
I should go get more of these and plant them around where some of my Roses aren't doing so well.
They tend to get wild but they sure put on a show and grow so fast too.

Love and Peace Rose.

Same Rose.
a tad brighter then it is.

Annie guarding the yard from Squirrels watching a bird or two eating on the stump table.
They don't seem to mind her there and they don't seem afraid of her and she doesn't bother them either.

Our CA Quail family.
Haven't seen any babies tho.

And last but not least

Deepa's, ATC's came in Friday.
They are absolutely beautiful.
I didn't get them posted in time before she left Dubai for her home land India for two months.
I hope she can get Internet connection while she is there.
Thank you Deepa I LOVE these ATCs they are very well done and thought out.
She sent this lovely Post card with a message on the back too.
I love the camels on it.
****
Everyone seems to be going on Vacation right now and wont be around much.
So I am leaving my posts up a little longer then usual.
I haven't done much Art work. Have had some so so stressful things to take care of so it has side tracked me for awhile.
Also I have been spending it cleaning and Gardening.
I need to get our home nice and tidy as we will be having a, short but sweet, visit from Lynn on her way home July 4th.
I am looking forward to it. One always needs some motivation to clean well don't you think?
LOL
Everyone have great vacations.

Your Mallows and the Bee! Purrfect shot! It would make a lovely new header. And would keep the flowery theme, which I love.

Your garden is lovely, cute bunny too and I just think California Quail are the cutest, with their little "head dresses"

Cris, your flowers are mouthwatering beautiful! My favorites are the bridal veil pinks and that pink and yellow rose. Annie is such a sweet dog to let the little animals be. Hope this week will be a better, less stress things to do. It REALLY helps me to have a visit to motivate me to get some things done. Take care. :)

It takes a team of wild horses to make me want to clean, but we all have that chore, don't we?

Your garden is so peacful and beautiful. I especially like the Peace Rose. Looks like a big scoop of rainbow sherbet!

Wow, Cris--those photos are just spectacular! You really outdid yourself with some of these. Your garden must be so lovely. It's that time of year. Wonderful summer post! Love the new header.

Lynn,
Thanks for your comment on your way out the door on your trip. A True Friend. :))Looking forward to your visit July 4th.
Teri & the Cats, Thanks. I did post it as my header. Glad to you love the flowers as much as I do. I love those CA Quail too. They are so skitterish tho.
Artist, Thank you too. I love the Fairy Roses. They are such a pretty color. I hope to get more blooms out of them after this. I am told I can if I feed them right away. We can walk Annie right down the sidewalk where the geese and birds are at the Duck pond and she wont bother them one bit. But let a squirrel cross her path and we fly. LOL
SB, Thank you. I have to get going at this time of year to get projects done.. Other wise in winter it is to cold and damp to get anything done. so I think we snooze in winter and work in summer. :)
Teri C, Thanks. I have more daisies starting to bloom. I have a corner of Shasta Daisies growing. they arent doing as well this year as the shade has taken over more. But I do love my daisies. and my roses. My garden.. period. :)
Katie, Yes me too on the cleaning. and what a cool way of thinking of my Rose. Thanks.
Brush, Sue... thank you too. It has taken us five and half years to get our garden how we wanted it to be. so now it is reward time. I always wanted a garden and only had room for pots to grow in. So now I got oodles of areas to plant in. Spring and summer is the best month tho. soon the flowers will die down. So I am preserving them in photos.

Your garden is absolutely gorgeous Cris. White, pale yellow or pale any color is so difficult to photograph. I love your new header photo. It is fun seeing the Quail too. I am still around. I will be inside more now that it is so darned hot. Deepa's ATCs are gorgeous.
