Did another Westie dog on a chair this weekend
I played around with plaids on this one. For some reason the shadow under the dog keeps coming out white when I scan or take a photo of it.

- I'm a former Californian who, with my DH, moved to Oregon to live the country life. I was born and raised in SO. California and loved it, but the time had come for a change to a simpiler life. This is a wonderful painting, Cris. Those plaids could not have been easy. I had good shadows under my candycane sticks too and they didn't come out well when scanned either. ?? I love the chair, especially with the West Highland Terrier! So appropriate!
Cris....your art is more beautiful every day! I mean it! I just returned from 4 days with my friend and her wonderful Mimi (the Border Collie/Healer)....she reminds me so much of your Annie!
